What this is

There is an enormous amount written about meditation, sound, brainwave states, and manifestation. Very little of it points back at anything you can check. A claim gets repeated until it sounds like a fact, the original context disappears, and what is left is a sales page.

This project works the other way round. Where a text is in the public domain, it gets published here in full so you can read it and decide for yourself. Where research exists, it gets named. Where something is a belief rather than a finding, it gets called a belief.

Who writes it

One person, writing under the name Sacred Pattern. The work is published anonymously — not to hide anything, but because the ideas should stand or fall on their own rather than on anybody's credentials. There are none being claimed here.

I am not a doctor, a therapist, a scientist, or a teacher of any tradition. I am someone who reads carefully and writes down what holds up.

How it stays free

The library costs nothing to read and never will. There is no email list, no course, no membership, and nothing gated. A handful of links on the tools page are affiliate links, which means a commission on a purchase at no extra cost to you. Those links are labelled every single time, and the disclosure page sets out exactly how it works.
