None of these products treat, cure, or prevent anything. If something on a vendor's own sales page claims otherwise, that is their claim and not mine — and it is a good reason to be sceptical of them.
Gaia
Around 8,000 documentaries, interviews, and practice series on consciousness, meditation, ancient wisdom, and the fringes of science. It is a subscription, so it only makes sense if you would actually watch it — but the back catalogue is enormous and there is a free trial.
Honest note: quality varies widely across the catalogue. The interview series and the meditation courses are the strongest part; treat the speculative documentaries as entertainment.
Hemi-Sync & the Gateway Experience
The Monroe Institute has been producing binaural-beat audio since the 1970s. Whatever you make of the more exotic claims around it, the underlying audio work is older and better documented than almost anything else in this space, and the Gateway Experience is the programme most other products are imitating.
Honest note: this is not cheap, and the full Gateway set is a serious time commitment. Start with a single title before considering the whole programme.
Healing Sounds
Singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, handpans, and chimes. Physical instruments rather than recordings — which matters, because playing something yourself is a different activity from listening to it.
Honest note: a tuning fork is a piece of tuned steel. It does what tuned steel does. Buy it because you want the sound in the room, not because of a claim on a label.
Sacred Waves
A smaller catalogue focused specifically on tuning forks — weighted, unweighted, and planetary sets. Worth comparing on price if you already know which fork you want.
